We practice yoga to create space in our minds, our bodies and our hearts so that we can learn to pause and respond (rather than react), so that we can build compassion for ourselves and for others, and so that we can be of service in this world. This is what is needed in this moment. Classes are held online so that you may safely practice yoga from the comfort of our hOMe.
