We practice yoga to create space in our minds, our bodies and our hearts so that we can learn to pause and respond (rather than react), so that we can build compassion for ourselves and for others, and so that we can be of service in this world. This is what is needed in this moment.
CLASS DESCRIPTION
VIRTUAL SLOW FLOW, 60 minutes
An energy-based, slow flow practice focused on foundational postures, alignment and breath work. Expect a combination of lengthening and stabilizing postures to help improve balance, flexibility and functional movement on and off of the mat. Open to all levels.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
STEP 1. Review and sign the CLASS AGREEMENT before attending a class. This step only needs to be taken once.

STEP 2. Choose your payment package below.
- OUTDOOR YOGA CLASS ($15): Payable at class by cash or Venmo (@Katy-Dunlap-Yoga). No online payment option available.
- 10-VIRTUAL CLASS PASS ($75). No need to register for classes, but please keep track of your classes. You will receive class access information an hour before class begins. Pass expires in 90 days from date of purchase. This pass is only valid for virtual classes.
- VIRTUAL class drop-in ($12). You can pay in advance or via Venmo (@Katy-Dunlap-Yoga), and then please register for your class below.
If you have already paid the drop-in fee, and class is cancelled or interrupted due to issues with the technical platform, you will receive a credit for a future class.

Choose which class(es) you would like to attend. After submitting your registration, a confirmation message will appear on the screen with location details for the outdoor class.
