What is holding you back from your greatest potential to live and love life?
During this weekend-long retreat, tap into your subtle energetic body through movement, breath, meditation, and creative expression to help you peel back the layers that keep you from being your best, authentic self. Identify and release the patterns, thoughts, and feelings that embed in our physical, mental, and spiritual bodies and prevent us from embracing our own personal power and understanding how we relate to the broader universe. Choose to connect to your own energetic intuition and to Mother Earth, so that you can move peacefully through life grounded and with compassion, joy, and love.
