Individual ONLINE Sessions
Often times, what holds one back from beginning or growing a yoga practice is that daily life schedules are not compatible with yoga class schedules or that individual physical, mental or spiritual goals are not met in a group setting.
Private instruction, on your schedule, may be the answer to help you connect to your inner light through your body, mind and soul.

- A customized yoga practice that includes postures, meditation, breathing techniques and other methods designed to meet your individual goals and help you find ease and peace of mind.
- A screening interview to discuss your past experiences and any physical injuries or life challenges that you would like to address, and to set short-term and long-term goals for your yoga practice.
- One-on-one ONLINE 75 minute-long session(s) that include postures and techniques designed for your body, mind and heart, adapted each week to address your needs and growth.
- Guidance on postural alignment to ensure you are receiving the maximum benefit.
- Flexibility to learn and practice yoga on your schedule, in the safety and comfort of your home.
- A recording of your private class, so that you can practice on your own between private sessions.
- And most importantly, ongoing support in your yoga practice.
