Svādhyāya: Study the Self, discover the divine within.

No doubt 2020 has shaken up our normal routines and made us question what we know to be true. Maybe you have identified a newly-developed pattern in how you treat yourself or others and want to change. Or perhaps you have been given the gift of realizing that your old pre-Covid habits no longer serve you. Maybe you have discovered that you want to deepen your awareness of how you move through this world or you want to explore the yoga practice beyond asana.
Winter is nature's invitation to go inward, slow down and take time to self-reflect. In the New Year, we take stock of where we are in our lives and resolve to make changes to better ourselves. And the new moon--a symbol of new beginnings--gives us the opportunity to set clear intentions for personal and spiritual growth in the coming months. This is the perfect time to choose to shift and grow. When we set the intention to do so, we not only improve our own lives but the lives of everyone we touch.
Join me virtually for the Svadhyaya Self-Study Series, from January 13-28, and take time to discover your inner wisdom and make room for growth. The series begins on January's new moon and ends on the full moon. Change does not happen by thinking about it; it happens through affirmative action. In this intimate virtual group setting, my goal is to provide you with tools that will bring you clarity in identifying your true essence and offer you support as you put your heart and energy into your personal growth.
When and what?
Begins on the new moon, Jan. 13, and culminates on the full moon, Jan. 28.

Answers to your questions.
What if I am unable to attend a couple of the scheduled sessions?
You will gain the most benefit by participating in every session but I understand that you may have a schedule conflict. Don't worry - participants will receive a recording of each session so you can review the missed session on your own time.
Do I have to identify something I want to change before or during this series?
No. That is entirely up to you. Regardless of whether there is something that you want to release from or invite into your life, the sessions will provide you with tools to find clarity and dive deeper into your true self.
Do I have to have previous yoga experience?
Absolutely not. This series is open to all.
