In July and August, I am excited to offer a combination of online and outdoor pop-up yoga classes. I intend to hold at least one outdoor yoga class and 2 online classes each week. I can't wait to see your faces again, in person!
Yoga classes will resume in a phased approach and protecting your health and safety is my top priority. New procedures will be put in place based upon NY's re-opening requirements and recommendations from the Yoga Alliance. These procedures are subject to change based upon evolving guidance.

- Registration is required for both online classes and outdoor classes, to comply with my insurance requirements and because space will be limited for outdoor classes.
- Practice social distancing. Face coverings are required when 6 ft. distance between you and others is not possible (i.e. parking lots, entry areas, bathrooms...basically, when you are not on your mat). I will designate mat space, to ensure at least 6 ft. distance between mats.
- Bring your own mat and plan to clean your mat at home.
- If you are not feeling well, exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, have been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19, or have traveled to one of these states in the past 14 days, please stay home.
- To avoid unnecessary contact, equipment will not be available to borrow and I will not be offering hands-on assists.
- Hand sanitizer will be provided at class.
- If dropping into an outdoor yoga class and paying cash, please bring exact change.
OUTDOOR YOGA DETAILS
My Summer POP-UP Yoga series is back this summer, with classes to be offered on random days, nights and times at amazing venues in Hector and the surrounding area. In addition, a weekly class on Tuesday evenings will be held at Two Goats Brewing in Hector.
Outdoor yoga classes are kind of like "fair weather yoga." We will be practicing outside (morning or evenings), sometimes on grass and sometimes on a deck. There may be tall grass, dry grass, damp grass, bugs, sunshine and maybe a drizzle or two. Bathrooms may not be available. Outdoor yoga can also be a magical experience, connecting to the earth's energy, feeling the wind on your skin, and listening to the sounds of nature. Expect the full outdoor experience in this "all-level" class series. That being said, we won't be practicing in the pouring rain or during storms and class may be cancelled at the last minute due to weather.

STEP 3.
Register for class. Choose which class(es) you would like to attend. After submitting your registration, a confirmation message will appear on this screen. For online classes, you will receive an email about an hour before class with sign-in instructions. For outdoor classes, you will receive an email confirmation the day before class with additional info. This step needs to be taken for each class you plan to attend.
Not sure which class is best for you? Outdoor yoga classes are open to all levels. Generally, the online classes progress in intensity as we move through the week, with Tuesday's class being a bit more gentle and the weekend class including intermediate level-postures (such as arm balance postures), with modifications offered.
