We practice yoga to create space in our minds, our bodies and our hearts so that we can learn to pause and respond (rather than react), so that we can build compassion for ourselves and for others, and so that we can be of service in this world. This is what is needed in this moment.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
SLOW FLOW, 60 minutes (Tuesdays, 9-10 a.m.)
VIRTUAL
An energy-based, slow flow practice focused on foundational postures, alignment and breath work. Expect a combination of lengthening and stabilizing postures to help improve balance, flexibility and functional movement on and off of the mat. Open to all levels.
VINYASA, 60 minutes (Saturdays, 9-10 a.m.)
VIRTUAL
An energetic yoga flow practice that is designed to raise your internal heat and awareness of connection between the breath and movement. Intermediate level postures will be introduced and modifications will be offered, making this class accessible to anyone with basic yoga experience.
OUTDOOR YOGA @ THE STONECAT
(Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 p.m.)
Perfect for anyone interested in nurturing self in nature, while aligning your body, energy and mind from the ground up in a breath-driven flow. Expect a combination of lengthening and stabilizing postures to help improve balance and flexibility, and breathwork to steady the mind. Open to all levels. Classes are weather-dependent and you must register to receive notice of class cancellations.

(Fridays, 9:30-10:30 a.m.)
Ideal for those new to yoga, beginners or anyone interested in learning the alignment and foundational elements of each posture. Modifications will be offered to accommodate physical limitations or concerns and each student is encouraged to move at their own pace. Classes are weather-dependent and you must register to receive notice of class cancellations.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
STEP 1. Review and sign the CLASS AGREEMENT before attending a class. This step only needs to be taken once.

STEP 2. Choose your payment package below.
- 10-class pass ($80). Registration required for virtual and outdoor classes to receive class access information and weather-related updates. Valid 90 days from date of purchase.
- Drop-in for a class ($12). You can pay in advance below or pay via Venmo (@Katy-Dunlap-Yoga), and then register for your class below.
There are some things I don't have control over such as the weather or technical issues with the online platform. If you have already paid the drop-in fee, and class is cancelled or interrupted, you will receive a credit for a future class.

For virtual classes, you will receive an email about an hour before class with sign-in instructions.
