Join me to learn how to tap into the breath to control your mental, physical and emotional states.
Sometimes we need to fire up our energy; other times we need to calm the mind or cool the body. Our breath is available to us at any time to guide us through any given moment.
Expect to begin with a brief guided meditation, then move through a vinyasa flow, interspersed with different breath control techniques—each with a different benefit. We will end with yoga nidra to bring you into a state of complete relaxation.
