CLASS & WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS

Slow Flow (virtual)

Fridays, 9-10am

​​An energy-based, slow flow practice focused on foundational postures, alignment and breath work. Expect a combination of lengthening and stabilizing postures to help improve balance, flexibility and functional movement on and off of the mat. Open to all levels.

 

Cost: $12 drop in/$75 for 10-class card.

Roll & Flow (virtual)

Tuesdays, 9-10:15am

Our practice begins with ball-rolling, using deep myofascial release techniques to target specific muscles, fascia and tissues. We will move into an energy-based, slow flow practice focused on creating more space within the targeted area, with an emphasis on foundational postures, alignment and breath work. Expect a combination of lengthening and stabilizing postures to help improve balance, flexibility and functional movement on and off of the mat. Open to all levels. Participants must have a set of Yoga Tune Up balls.​

Cost: $12 drop in/$75 for 10-class card.
