Roll & Flow (virtual)
Tuesdays, 9-10:15am
Our practice begins with ball-rolling, using deep myofascial release techniques to target specific muscles, fascia and tissues. We will move into an energy-based, slow flow practice focused on creating more space within the targeted area, with an emphasis on foundational postures, alignment and breath work. Expect a combination of lengthening and stabilizing postures to help improve balance, flexibility and functional movement on and off of the mat. Open to all levels. Participants must have a set of Yoga Tune Up balls.
Cost: $12 drop in/$75 for 10-class card.

Growing Toward the Light
A Winter Solstice Workshop

On the shortest day of the year, we’ll gather to honor Mother Earth and align our souls with her natural rhythms. She invites us to go inward, come into stillness and nurture our authentic selves, allowing for personal reflection and rest before the days begin to lengthen. In doing so, we plant our seeds of intention from our heart’s true knowing, allowing our seeds to gradually grow as the light returns and then ultimately bloom in the spring.
Expect a combination of meditation, breathwork, empowering yet gentle movement and restorative postures to prepare us for the season ahead. While open to all levels, participants should be able to bear weight in their hands and be able to comfortably get down/up from the floor. Please bring a yoga mat and a firm blanket.
What’s included: a 90-minute full body and soul prayer practice (with blocks and bolsters provided), a short flower bouquet demonstration, a small hand-tied flower arrangement to take home, light beverages and snacks and community connection. Option to purchase a mimosa, wine or beer after class.
$45 per person; space is limited to 15.
